April the host was super friendly and kind. The bathrooms were clean and smelled go too.
Looks like it normally would be nice although I was there during off season. The good thing about that is it's free the bad thing is the bathrooms are locked in the waters off shut off. Which is kind of silly knowing that there's a lady there who works for them, that's why I don't understand why at least the water should be on. Lord knows we have enough of it it's no that night too.
Nice small campground right off of Hwy 50 in Kyburz. Most of the campsites are right next to the river. The bathrooms are relatively clean but the toilets are outhouse style and do not flush. There are no shower facilities so you're really roughing it unless you have an RV. Bring insect repellent as the mosquitoes and other insects are plentiful. The couple that run the campground do a nice job of maintaining it
We had a great host.
Great location, but it's a little too close to the highway.
Although toward the night time you didn't really notice it.
