LOVED IT! The airbnb we rented gives passes for the main pool and the greenhouse which was an awesome experience. We had mocktails and they were surprisingly reasonably priced. The greenhouse area is 21+ and had nice indoor pools. The bartender was super friendly and helpful. I'll be back for sure
We stopped here on our way back to Denver from Taos and loved it!! It is such a neat concept and was very relaxing. The pools are all different temps and loved the sauna & lounge chairs. We tried the crab cake & tuna and they were both delicious ! The only downside is the bathroom is small for changing, so come wearing your suit or pack light.
The hot springs are amazing especially the green house. There's several very hot pools along with a larger pool that's a little cooler. The food at Steel Box cafe is always delicious and they have a nice selection of adult beverages.
The only down side is not related to the hot springs
When I made overnight reservations, I said it was for 4 adults. They said that cabin 3 sleeps 4 and no mention that meant 2 adults and 2 children A bunk bed full on the bottom twin on the top. At the slightest movement the bed creeked making it impossible to sleep.I hope that this will be improved in the future.
The staff is nice and the hot springs are clean. If you book cabin #3 bring a cot and ear plugs.
Amazing location and nice facility, and kids have fun here, but beware. The groundsperson, part of the owners family, threatened me, and he is clearly dangerous. The food was good, but the kids at the restaurant are rude to tourists. The pool is a great temperature and huge and fun, but it's not clean. The campground and cabins are clean and well kept, but there are only two toilets and showers serving up to 100 people. We've been many times and won't be back after the last experience. Tourists beware.
We were here to enjoy the hot springs. We opted to pay the extra to go to the adult section (greenhouse) to stay away from the bigger crowds with kids.
The greenhouse has a bar and had a lounge vibe to it between the decor and music playing in the background.
Some of the smaller pools were a bit packed, but the bigger pool was open enough to enjoy a good soaking.
PS: They also have a sauna. And they rent/sell towels too.
