Land owned by Sanchez Ditch and Reservoir Company. Leased by Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Fishing, wildlife viewing. The roadside park is maintained by Costilla County. To the east is Wild Horse Mesa, named for the roaming wild horses in the area.
Nice little pond I'm from texas and have seen bigger body's of watter in people's cow pastures. But over all clean and well kept. We bought land 5 miles away so plan to return and fish it with kids will update
