Full hook up RV park located 23 miles from the Headwaters of the Mississippi! We welcome you to come enjoy our park, which now offers bike and pedal cart rentals. We have cable tv, wifi and excellent cell service. Come see all Bemidji and the surrounding area has to offer! So many options to make your stay uniquely yours!
We arrived last minute after our plans changed and were accommodated right away. We were in site #21. Beautiful park with lots of natural elements. Sites in the front are nicely spaced out with shade trees and a view of wildflowers. There is a very nice playground and probably the biggest dog park I've ever seen. Owners Terri and her husband are wonderful hosts and do everything they can to make sure your stay is the best. Bathrooms and laundryroom were very clean and in great working condition. Cell signal is strong with 4G LTE and at least 4 bars all the time with Verizon. Though located next to the highway, road noise was minimal. And they are expanding, adding a lot more sites to the back of the property. Please stay here, you will not be disappointed.
There are both Pros and Cons to this campground. The Pros are: convenient location in Bemidji, the owner Terry was friendly at check in, and we asked for and received both a military discount and a late checkout The Cons are: while long enough to fit our truck and fifth wheel the space was close to our neighbor, even at our “premium” site with patio, and most importantly the water at our FHU site was so iron-laden it was unusable. Even with a filter, it stained my toilet after 2 days and left me with an iron smell in my hair after a shower. Luckily I thought to shut off the ice maker in my refrigerator. I would stay here again ONLY if I arrived with my water tank already full. Their website extensively lists out the rules of the campground but fails to address the water quality issue.
We needed a place to stay overnight with full hookups. The host stayed a little late to check us in. It was quiet and had pull through full hookups, picnic table and fire pit. The shower room was clean and well-maintained. We liked the cost and the easy access from our route. Right at the edge of Bemidji, MN
We camped here in our 30’ C Class for six nights. We had a partially shaded full hookup back-in site that was plenty spacious. The campground was quiet and clean; the staff was friendly. The bathhouse and laundry facilities were clean and everything was fully functional. We had two dogs with us and got 3x daily use of the dog park (which was also clean and well-maintained).
If we are ever back in this area we will certainly stay at this park again.
