We had reservations for Wednesday afternoon through Sunday. We ended up leaving Friday morning due to the swarms of hornets and other issues at our site. It was an awful experience and would not recommend or return. If hornets weren't enough, kids were running through our site at all hours of the day, dogs were running loose, our pup was leashed. Unleashed dogs were pooping in our site and we had to clean up after them. It was noisy, gross, and overall experience was a complete downer. We traveled 10 hours one way to get there, so ending the trip early was a disappointment.

This place is terrific. We are staying in our RV right on the lake. Scenery is beautiful and serene, the staff have been amazing and very helpful. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the restaurant last night took well over 2 hours to get our food, i didn’t feel they were that busy to take so long, it was over an hour just to take our order and get a drink. The wait guy was literally running but getting nothing done? It was just weird. Had to get snacks out of the car for the kids because it took so long. The food was excellent once we finally got it. Amazing clam chowder.

Restrooms were nice and clean, bring quarters to shower. RV sites are plenty big enough with fire pits, tables and hookups. The little store had lots of cute things and expected staples.

This place is a hidden gem! I loved the simple rustic appeal of everything from the Cabin to the convenience store and restaurant. My uppity wife on the other hand didn't enjoy the frog in the shower the lack of toilet paper and no filters for the coffee maker. So picky, right? The railing on the wrap around porch needs attention asap, before someone gets seriously injured. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen! Also, I'm not sure if telling your customers when they are done to leave the key inside, and the cabin unlocked is the best way to conduct business? A key drop at the office would be much smarter. The restaurant was good, not amazing but definitely not bad. The food was good and the service was good but a tad slow and they forgot about us at the end. We had to hunt down our waitress to get the check. No worries though, cause the view from our table was beautiful!!! I fully plan on returning (without the wife) for a fun filled fishing trip. We were passing through on our way to Corvallis so no time to investigate everything Rocky Point had to offer? This place does look incredible, if you're looking for a fishing getaway!!!

The view from the restaurant is amazing, and the service, food, and drink options are fantastic. I'm obsessed with their potato dippers! They slice them in a way that gives them a crispy exterior but still has the texture of a potato wedge! I'm so excited to try out their apple bread pudding with a whiskey glaze tonight!

I messed up my reservation, but the clerk accommodated me. We stayed in a 30 ft or so RV. I would have liked the cabins better, but that was my fault. The clerk was awesome. The resort had a restaurant on site as well. Pretty good food.
