Verizon and AT&T both had reception but it was poor quality. Data speeds were very slow. Townsend in general had poor reception. FORTUNATELY/AMAZINGLY/THANKFULLY, the park WiFi was great with a strong signal. The place was empty early December so we were the only ones using it. Fast speeds and kept up when multiple people where watching a video.

For a family, considering that other parks charge per person, Christine gave us one price regardless of how many kids.

Christine had great personal service. We had multiple packages arrive and she either called us or brought the packages over. She was wonderful.

The bathrooms are a single shower for both men and women and certainly not luxurious but adequate. It needs attention and updating and is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

It was expensive for our normal nightly cost but considering the area it was very affordable.

Can’t beat the location for access into the park. Site #10 is certainly the best site near the water but personally doesn’t justify the additional cost to be on the water. Sites 9 to 7 are good.

Great campground and right next to the waterfall. Very beautiful and peaceful. The people are extremely nice and we will definitely be back.

Great location with beautiful sounds of the waterfall all the time. If you have a bathroom and shower in your RV you’ll love it here. But if you need to use their bathroom and shower, they don’t clean it every day so it gets pretty bad.

I gave it three stars because it’s a 5 star if you don’t need their bathrooms and a 2 star if you do.

A small gem of a campground. We stayed here Labor Day weekend this year (2023), and it was a blast! The spot on the river was deep enough and calm enough at that time to really swim and enjoy. It's right on a set of falls (I believe were man-made for a mill at one time?) that give a lovely background sound that will fully relax you. Christine the manager works her tail off to ensure that all is well and kept up in the best working order possible. She is so kind and helpful. The bathrooms are not pristine, but to be expected for a small campground which is mostly for RV's. The shower had excellent flow and plenty of warm water. It's also an excellent location near the park, a great set of bike trails, walking distance to a fantastic coffee shop (The Artistic Bean) and restaurants, and a place to rent rafts for floating the river (River Rage). We are looking forward to coming back here year after year!
