Absolutely the nicest campground I’ve stayed in. Large sites, well maintained. The hill getting into the campground was a little slippery in the rain so be prepared if raining. The snack bar was very good ( we only had breakfast) and well priced. Bathhouses were very nice and clean, especially the ones on the hill. A 7 mph speed limit was a little hard to adhere to and you will get texts messages reminding you of it. Just got back and booked another trip with the cyber Monday deal. Away from the crowds but you can get to what you want it just a few minutes

An upscale RV Resort located on the north side of the Smokies.

- The sites are spectacular and designed to handle all RV sizes.

- The staff is more than accommodating.

- The location is ideal for avoiding Parkway gridlock.

- There is an amazing church service on Sunday mornings.

- Checking in is simple.

The only negatives I can think of is they close their pool / hot tub early and clean the shower houses in the morning (8am) when everyone is scrambling to get moving.

We love the ridge! The most important part to us is how welcoming and kind the staff is. They are top-notch! It is a beautifully kept and very clean outdoor resort. Our dogs are an important part of our family. The ridge has wonderful accommodations for them. It’s in a great location! Convenient to so much, yet tucked back in a quiet and beautiful area.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Ridge for Christmas. We arrived late on 12/23 and the office had our paper work ready to go. They drew a map and it made it easy for us to find our place. We went with the Signature site which gave us a huge patio complete with a hot tub, fireplace, grill, and outdoor tv. We decorated our area for Christmas and truly enjoyed it. We will be back!

This campground was amazing!! It is out of the main area a bit, which for us was nice, you can easily get to everything within about 5 minutes or so but it is very quiet when you need a break from the hustle and bustle. The RV sites were spacious and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The laundry facilities and bathhouse were nice and clean. The deli was really good we only had one thing that we didn’t like and I would say it was more of a preference thing. I would absolutely recommend this campground!
