I stayed at the Broken Banjo RV Park over the Thanksgiving weekend. I stayed in one of the 1 bedroom camping cabins, which only had bunk beds and a queen bed chair and table. Has base board heat and AC. It was perfect for what I needed it for. I was deer hunting in the area and just needed somewhere warm to sleep and a hot shower. The Bathhouse was very clean and shower was good and hot! The grounds were very well maintained. The check in was very easy and the folks working there were all very nice!
We stayed here for 3 nights while traveling through the area. The park is very well kept. They have a pool and other amenities that were unavailable due to the time of year we stayed there, which is totally understandable. They have a play area and different 'games' available year round. We enjoyed walking the property & played pool golf - which was new to us. Karen and all the maintenance guys we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend The Broken Banjo & would stay here again.
I love staying at the Broken Banjo RV park as I travel through the area. The cabins are always clean and are perfect in any weather (ac/heat). I travel with my dog and it’s always great to walk the trail and grounds on a long road trip. This last trip in January I stayed in a cabin with its own bathroom and it was really nice to have the amenity and extra space. The location is perfect, right off the highway with gas stations and restaurants nearby. Finally, the staff is always very nice and helpful!
