Directly at the highway, so nice for a stop along the road, but it was very loud during the night because of the highway.

The freshwater didnt work.

The restrooms/bathhouses were all closed.

You can only pay in quarters for the laundry and I didnt find a machine to change.

Also: the wifi is only free for 6 hours/ 24 hours per site, for us that was fine, but it is 5$ every day after that. - I mean seriously it's 2023. It was also not a good connection (soooo slow), so son't bother spending your money on it.

What a gem! We stopped in with our 5th wheel and two dogs for a week and had a blast. It’s right off the interstate, east to find and level to park. The salt water pool is super clean and perfect for some exercise. There’s walking trails and a beautiful lake (which the dogs and loved!). And the best part is Joyce. She was the office manager that greeted us and got us settled in. Couldn’t ask for a more accommodating and friendly greeting. We will definitely be back!

Staying here was such a pleasant experience. Joyce is absolutely fantastic. She was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Some of the pull through sites were pretty close together but still enough room to feel comfortable. It's conveniently located next to the highway which means you also get highway noise but it didn't bother us any in the RV. The back end of the campground was super nice down by the lake.

We live close by and wanted a staycation after a stressful month. This campground was close by and we thought we would give it a whirl. The positives are so many!

*Friendly office staff- they are prompt to call you back about reservations and are very friendly and accommodating.

*Bathrooms- Both sets are immaculate and kept up. Always stocked with toilet tissue. Appreciate the hooks in the toilet area.

*Pool- Extremely clean and well kept

*Store- Fair prices and a really varied stock

*Overall park condition- clean and free of debris

I would highly recommend Soaring Eagle and will be coming back again and again.

Beautiful, well maintained campground conveniently located right off the interstate. Spacious lots with lake views. Clean and well stocked bath houses. There is a fair amount of interstate noise but that is to be expected given the location. The camp store is stocked with some necessities as well as adult beverages. As for the staff…they are absolutely WONDERFUL and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here.
