This was a very clean and quiet campground. We stayed five nights in February. The bathrooms/showers and laundry room were immaculately clean! There isn't too much to do within walking distance, but this is a perfect location if you have a vehicle to go on day trips, and then you can come back where it is nice and quiet. We met several of the work campers, and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend!

One of our favorite RV parks! The grounds are beautifully kept with flowers and manicured landscapes! The sites are paved and wide and did I mention the view? Amazing river views out your front window! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful, relaxing and peaceful RV Resort near the Smokies. Every space has large and level concrete pads with lots of room for your chairs and tables. We very much enjoyed the privacy as each space has tall and nicely trimmed hedges in between. The pool was really enjoyable while the deck area was clean and well maintained. The Management couple was very considerate and helpful in making our stay a wonderful experience. We look forward to a return visit in the future!

Beautiful park. We stayed in a fifth wheel for three nights and it was so pretty. The sites are a bit narrow but it’s concrete and the side for RVs have a little grassy yard behind your rig. Each site is divided by lovely hedges and a Crepe Myrtle tree which makes it more private. The side with the river is for Coaches but I think I liked our side better. Extremely clean laundry room. Very very nice park, the only draw back is how crowded it is outside the park. Traffic is rough because you are right in the middle of everything. Staff was super nice and would definitely stay here again.
