We are conveniently located off of Highway 441 in Historic town of Lakemont, Georgia. River Campground is close to many area attractions such as rafting the Chattooga River, hiking trails for all levels, boating and beach areas of Lake Rabun and Burton, Shopping and Dining, and much more.We offer lodging options for everyone, including RV sites, Tent sites, Rustic Chalets and a River Cabin. We have 2 bathhouses and sell firewood on site. We also try to have bluegrass music on Saturday Nights. We are pet friendly, provided you keep your pet on a leash, clean up after your pet and do not allow incessant barking. You may swim and tube in the river at your own risk.
