We had the most amazing time at this RV resort! Melissa and Robert were so kind and hospitable! Melissa gave us a map of the surrounding area that was so helpful in planning our adventures every day! It was a great vacation! We can’t wait to go back.
Melissa and Robert were wonderful! Very accommodating and friendly. They stayed open late for us to arrive and help us get settled and even upgraded our site to the most quiet and secluded for the puppies. The dog park was great albeit, with the size of our pups, a tad small. It was quiet and clean. Very peaceful. Highly recommended! Thank you!
It was a great quiet resort all sites are nice with full hookups. Cable was ok, the local channels didn't tune in, we got about 14 cable channels. The wifi was pretty good though it got slow at times and went out for awhile 2 times. But we weren't there for TV. Loved the site, campfires, cooking out and enjoying the fall leaves. Helen is a nice little German themed town, I loved the German food and beer. Nearby sites to see at area state and national parks, nice trails to waterfalls and overlooks, some more challenging than others.
We stumbled across Creekwood RV Resort 20 years ago, we were so impressed we have returned as often as possible, sometimes twice a year. Robert and Melissa love their park and take great pride in providing an exceptional, beautiful campground.
They’re a small park with about a dozen sites and four beautiful cabins. They offer paved sites that are deep enough to accommodate 40’ rigs and will leave enough room to also park a vehicle. They’ll assist campers with parking their rig reducing stress avoiding objects.
They share information about Helen and the surrounding area so you’ll have the best vacation possible. Visit once and you’ll return, Creekwood makes every effort to provide you an exceptional camping experience!!
