Wonderful Scout camp…many merit badges offered, lovely facility with a waterfront, corral, ropes challenge course, and so much more. Easily accessible. Highly recommended.
This was a really fun experience. I got a wooden walking stick that I got wood branded at the Midsummer rendezvous. I also got some merit badges and awards. I got the Heart of God and Camper awards. I also built a robot for robotics.
So far it has been a great experience for the kids. Alot of Eagle badges to obtain. So much to do here and alot....I MEAN....alot of walking.
It is a great camp for kids! Well run, clean, nice facilities and a very engaged and energetic staff. The waterfront has excellent facilities. The campgrounds are remote, but close.
Camp has wifi and plenty of cell coverage for the parents, plus an a/c lounge for adults to use.
Excellent Scout Camp, Nice and peaceful for hiking. Far from light pollution for excellent star gazing and watching meteor showers. Biggest hit is "Fossil Beach".
