Do not drink the water. It smells like a dead animal is floating in their well. The managers are rude and sit around all day gossiping about everyone in the park. Angel who is the crazy manager lady won't be there long because I saw an ad online looking to fill her position. The place is a dump. No shade, no grass, and every night the police are there busting people for drugs. If you have kids or pets don't even consider this place. There was a dirty diaper in the pool too!
I was visiting a friend, when i arrived they had warned me thst the manager and maintenance man were brandishing guns for no reason at all and that the sheriffs were on their way. I called them to ensure they were ok and they informed me that that manager and maintenance man were arrested. I return the following day only to find the manager and maintenance man still working. I do not know of any property management that allows their employees to intimidate tenants or guest with guns. I definitely would not recommend this facility to anyone with children.
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT HIRED ARMED SECURITY THAT ENDED UP SHOOTING AT A RESIDENT NO LONGER HAVE SECURITY BUT MANAGEMENT LIKES TO HARASS GUEST AND WHO EVER WISHES TO ENTER THE "PARK" That THEY NOW Think IS A GATED COMMUNITY WHEN IN REALITY ITS STILL A Trailer PARK AND ITS TRASHY WAYS WILL ALWAYS BE
Great people, but the system was kinda all over the place. Paid my rent every month and apparently it wasn’t coming out of my account, and 4 months later after I already moved out I got charged over $4000 of past rent that I thought I already paid. Nothing against the people but the system could use improvement.
Park is greatly improved with new owners and management. Safer, cleaner and management is very accessible and responsive. Gated entry now as well. Aging infrastructure is being replaced and the dirty water is gone. Water now comes piped in by local water district.
