Nice RV park. Service with a smile when we got here. Also they have a good shop!

Facilities were good, toilets and showers and there is a pool and park for the kids. RV spaces are good with the necessary electricity sewage and water stations, gas propane on site too.

Overall a good park and easy to find.

Only thing stopping from giving it the 5 🌟 is the price is reasonable and the location from the RV park is overlooked by trees and you can not see any views really. Also there was a horrible smell of toilet sewage throughout the night.

Elizabeth and Gene are quite the hosts. Their facility is easily accessed from I25, with very nice amenities. We stopped with them because they returned our phone call. In addition, Elizabeth humored me by answering all my questions about the location. The restrooms and showers are clean and they have a nice laundry. They also have an outside sink for washing dishes.

We have stayed at this RV resort several times over the last 20 years. We have always had a great experience and loved staying here. I often recommended this campground to friends visiting the area. But no more after today.

Today I tried to make our reservations for a 4 night stay and all was going well until they started asking me about my RV which is a very nice custom built toy hauler. That is when I was told the new owners do not allow this type of RV in their campground.

After 20 years of camping here with no issues, I am no longer welcome to stay here do to the narrow minded new owners. I definitely will no longer be recommending this campground to anyone.

We have stayed at this campground 3 other times with this exact rig with no issues 2 of those times we’re in site 29 ( last time September of 2021) One other time in a site a little further down .

Never had an issue parking or with any of the staff. In fact the staff was always helpful and friendly.

It was only this year when I tried to make a reservation that the man I was speaking with on the phone told me the owners would not allow this style of camper in his park. I assured him that it had never been an issue in years past. But again was told the new owners would not allow me to stay there anymore with this camper setup.

We are very disappointed in their decision as we had all way’s enjoyed staying there.

I used the new reservation system, only to find out that there was no way my RV was going to make it into the automatically generated assigned site. BUT the staff was super accommodating and found us a site that was a better fit for our RV size. The staff though, thought my husband or the male owner/manager might be able to drive my RV into the spot that was newly assigned to me. Really? So, let us talk about the campground. Great location for the proximity to Santa Fe and interstate access. Interstate noise was minimal. The laundry room was great! The WIFI was great! Maybe it was because of the proximity to Santa Fe, but I thought the price for just electric and water was high. And campsites are stacked on top of one another. We were there after Labor Day, so maybe we were lucky that we did not have any other campers too close to us. A lot of the campsites looked washed out and not level. We did really like the number of trees they had in the campground; however, it was not so good for the maneuverability of our 35’, high profile fifth wheel. Height and width clearance was a challenge for us. The dump station was another challenge for a big rig. Again, not big-rig friendly. So, we by-passed the dump station and waited for our next stop to dump. Would I camp here again? Although the staff was outstanding, I cannot say I would stay here again because of the size of our RV. Just not big-rig friendly.
