Have stayed here twice two years in a row. Very quiet park with lots of really great folks staying there. Made several life long friends.
The management is under a bit of turmoil right now but that should iron itself out over time. Even with that the folks there currently really try hard. The park is well kept and there are activities on a regular basis. There might be cheaper places in Lakeside, but this place is really nice.
Oh, and the trees!
I am wonderi g if the RV spaces might be a little closer than they need to be as it feels like around every nook and cranny has a house on it. However it is so quite in there I often wonder where everyone is. It is also very clsan and you don"t see stray anything roaming around and causing mayhem. The re t it line with everywhere I have seen at 550.00 a month. I beleave that they have live bingo on Thursday evenings and they have laundry fasilities in the park as well. Ialso think it might be a 55+ park which is fine if yohr that age now by law I was told so don"t hold it to me but I think they must have a few little spaces that they have to open up for different ages. You must fill out a back ground check as do all rentales properties so to weed out the riffraff. There you have it from someone seeking a place to throwup there own Rental RV.
We stayed two nights here. From our perspective it is not a resort but a residential trailer park with some spaces in between where they can stick in some short term travelers. The RV hookups at our 'site' were scattered and put in as an afterthought and tide into the nearest mobile. Other sites I saw were similar. The property is a pine forest so there are trees all around and could be tricky navigating. There was two toilet/shower rooms that were nice and functional. The club house was closed but looked to have potential. There is a laundry facility near the office. Wi-fi worked better than average. The staff was friendly and professional. All of the people I met there were friendly. It is a quiet park especially at night. We made the best of the park, enjoyed the area and got resupplied. We would not stay here again as it is not our kind of 'resort'.
The folks in the office are very helpful. The park itself is a dated set up with lots of permanent residents. Everyone we met was super nice. Our site was not too level, but we made due.
This park seems to be typical for RV Parks in the area. All in all an OKAY place.
