A mixed park with permanent homes and overnighter. Sites not too level and can be muddy after rain. Experienced sewer overflow that drained across my site. Laundry has no machines in the building/shed. Office has short hours. Not open at all on a Sunday.

Very rude and disrespectful on the phone. I simply asked if there was room for my 45 foot rv and the lady proceeded to tell me that they had room availible , I said great ! We talked about price and she proceeded to tell me that the 2nd month that I rent that they would do a background check on all the people living in the spot. I told the lady that one of my employees has not been convicted yet that he has 3 more months until his first sentencing and he does not show a felony as of yet. She proceeded to tell me that the spot was no longer availible and I should look elsewhere, I simply asked if the 1st month was still available as anyone looking for a rv spot for a month knows how hard it is and she proceeded to act like a lawyer convicting my guy of a crime he did not commit. I asked if I did not bring him to the park if I could still rent the spot with 2 of my other guys and she became super defensive and started raising her voice telling me that she will not tell me again to go find another location that non of us are welcome. Because we have association with a non convicted felon. I just don't understand how someone could be so rude about a family of Construction guys with over 6 people needing rv spots that they would turn us down just because we know a non convicted felon. Also I found a rv park with full hookups 50amp for 750 a month. Not sure how parks like this one if you ever drove by it and realize how it looks can get over 1200 a month.

Was really disappointed with this RV Park. We arrived just before closing hoping to get some business and laundry done. They provided us with a Wi-Fi password which did not work, then when going to do our laundry it did not take coins but required us to download a laundry app, which we obviously could not do without Wi-Fi. The showers and bathroom were dirty and old. Was next to a busy road. I would definitely not recommend this RV park.

In the true spirit of Kit Carson, only white people are welcome to stay at this campground. Additionally, the sites are uneven and awkwardly spaced. It's dusty when it's dry and muddy when it rains. The power lines are low and attached to adjacent trees. I never used the toilet/shower facilities but I could smell them as I passed by. I am surprised that the beautiful city of Flagstaff continues to allow this shameful entity to remain in existence.

We personally wont be back.

You need to send full insurance information on your rig and your truck before reservations can be made. Never have that in the three years we have been full time and been across the entire country three times.

Once we pulled in we figured out why. The power lines are so low that the first three spots they wanted us to take we would have ripped down the power line.

Finally took a spot we could barely get in to.

Our trailer was so close to the power lines we weren't comfortable with a possible power arc. (See photos of our Montana)

When we dumped our tanks to leave, the sewer started backing up and coming out of the drain and running on the ground.

The office stunk like cat urine.

We sadly will never go back.
