About Campground

The quiet Pocatello KOA is surrounded by mountains - perfect for skiing and snowmobiling in winter and rock climbing and hiking the rest of the year. Then soak your aching muscles in Idaho's world-famous Lava Hot Springs, only 30 minutes away. Pocatello's Ross Park features a pool and sporting activities and also hosts the Pocatello Zoo. Visit Idaho State University and the Museum of Natural History on campus. This KOA offers grassy, shaded Tent Sites with fire pits and up to 82-foot-long, extra-wide pull thrus. Or stay in a Cabin! Year-round monthly sites available, as well as propane. Relax, play horseshoes or enjoy ice cream. This is a great overnight stop on your way to Yellowstone National Park, and it's 2 1/2 hours from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Stay a night or two as you travel to/from the Calgary Stampede in Alberta, Canada. Gasoline is available on-site.

Campground was clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities were as described. Restrooms and showers were clean. Other lodgers were friendly and considerate of those around them. Has a dump station, gas pump, small shop, and a lot more. Will stay again.

Was a great rest stop on our journey. Cabin was clean and easy to locate. Door was noisy for anyone heading out while someone was sleeping.

I had a great experience staff was accommodating and helpful. Thanks Tom! All besides one employee particularly and it's not a reflection of the establishment only a lady named rose who was mean and down right disrespectful. Other than that I had a magical family vacation. You go Tom!

Tom was awesome the place was neat & clean. My family & I will sleep outside with nothing before we will ever visit that place again. I have never before met such a miserable, rude, nasty individual in my life. Our vacation was ruined because of her. Her name is rose & a complete opposite of what a rose stands for. Everything would have been great but the moment she opened her mouth it was a wrap. I will drive 50 miles outta my way to camp because of her.
