For mid class people, you won't want to stay here. The bathrooms are pretty nasty and it was not what we expected cause the website makes it look beautiful, but really it's a trailer park. Which is fine, but it's not your usual beautiful rv park. The lady was nice, but this place has broken down trailers everywhere
After putting down a $200 deposit I had an experience here that was so out of line and rude that I decided not to move here and didn't even bother asking for my deposit back. Nobody deserves to be treated like that.
When I moved here I was in a lot of pain due to a bad divorce. These people have been so nice and helped me out of it. When I got here last spring the beautiful pecan trees were so nice. Grass is always green and cared for by Kathy. You will always see her riding around on her tractor.
This is not a run down trailer park. I love it here.

Very nice quiet place. Dog friendly
There is a community center or room whatever you want to call it where you can gather and talk to your neighbors so far so good neat place
