Free camping! Almost got stuck in the sand, so be careful! River and swamp was beautiful and loud at night, put me right to sleep.
Pretty nice spot to camp. Only downside is lots of fishermen get there early and put boats in and are pretty loud. Also no bathrooms.
Large boat landing,pretty busy we go there to kayak when the whole place is not under water.. It does flood regularly. No restrooms or tables around the landing
Someone finally took notice of this gem of a landing. No more wild west here. They put aggregate on the road and covered the entire parking lot and turn around for the ramp. This is one of my favorite places to use my kayak. Even when the river is a little high, the current is just moderate since it can flow through the trees. When the river is very high the whole place is under water since it is only a couple feet above water level. All the trash has been picked up and hopefully it will stay that way now that it is being maintained.
