This is a great Park. Very good well marked trails, cute cabins & nice campground, little play ground and beautiful lake. Fishing, hiking, kayak & boating. Would be a great place to host picnics, reunions or make your family campground. I'll definitely go back. Visited 1/30/2024 lake being lowered to facilitate swimming area upgrade. Weather was perfect. I hiked the beaver trail from the field parking lot. I also sat sunning myself on the dock.

We camped here in a 35' 5th wheel. Roads are a little narrow but do able. Site #13 is a W/E/S 30amp. Plenty of room for tow vehicle on site. Not alot to do in the area but just relax! Would definitely stay here again!!

We love staying at the state parks and this one didn’t disappoint. Well maintained sites a small trails I didn’t use the bath houses The ONLY complaint is all the lake front sites were “reserved” for our stay. Unfortunately well over half were no shows. I really think that state and national parks need to have a no show policy we run into this problem often
