We offer a safe spot to spend 1-2 nights when in transit to another destination in your RV camper, van or motor home.
We purchased our property and built houses on part of it, which became Lynnwood Farms, and then I put in the horse farm on beautiful land that had wetlands and could not be built on. We have beautiful trails for hiking around our property and along a nice creek.
We offer overnight accommodations for travelers who would like a quiet and peaceful, and safe spot to spend the night and enjoy seeing, petting or riding our horses if time permits. We have electric hookups for campers no longer than 32’, and then other spots for larger campers where you can use your generator if needed. We are located just outside of Charlotte, NC, in Fort Mill, SC. We only take two Motor Homes, etc., at a time so it will not be crowded! Wi-Fi connection is great, and very close to restaurants if you are interested. Only 6 miles off the major interstate I-77. Quiet generators are fine to use. Dogs are allowed on leashes and must be picked up after. Closest dump stations only 20 minutes away.
I really love taking lessons here. I really learn techniques that help me thanks to my instructor. The roof is also really nice to have over the area,so you and have a party/lesson rain or shine. The people there are also really nice. I just really love it there. It’s just a really good environment!
I had my granddaughters birthday party here last year. She was turning 8 years old.
Her party was the talk of the neighborhood and among all of both her and my friends. I am writing this review now because I am about to book.this years party. She is turning 9 this year.
The staff there was very personable. The decorations were very nice. Upon leaving, I went to pay and she had knocked my price down due to one of the children not showing up
There was plenty of pizza for the kids as well.
I have to get busy booking this years party now.
Mrs. Terri and her team were fantastic!! The kids had a wonderful time. They brought out several horses and the children (of all ages) were able take multiple rides. They had a very friendly donkey and two mini horses that the children could pet while waiting. It was a chilly day and Mrs. Terri set up the loft for the party and it was very nice.
Wonderful experience for the kindergarten through fourth grade Girl Scouts! Learned a lot while having fun touring, grooming and riding.
My daughter loves this horse farm!! She has taken riding lessons and attended summer camps there for years. You get assigned a horse to take care of for the week. My daughter has learned a lot of responsibility on how to properly care for a horse along with how to properly ride a horse. If your daughter loves horses, this is a great horse farm to spend time at.
