Due to my husband’s work, we lived here for approximately 1 year. There are no concrete pads or frills at all to this campground - very basic. The owner was rude from the very start and so was the man who works there. We were very quiet and clean campers who always paid our monthly rent on time; even so, when we left, she didn’t give us the full deposit back and told my husband “you better be glad I’m giving you anything back at all”.

Extremely rude and unprofessional! I regret that we ever stayed there and paid her a single cent!

This is a do it yourself campground so there isn’t much to say in regards to the customer service. I did not see any rooms available on the property but location is peaceful and quite. Very serene environment.

This park is the nicest in the low country area- the location is convenient to Savannah, Bluffton and Hilton Head. The sites are spacious compared to many other parks we have been in and the owner and staff are friendly. On site laundry facilities are air conditioned and maintained along with a spacious fenced dog park. The roads are graded and kept clean along with manicured recreational areas. We have a 45ft Prevost and the spaces are very accommodating. The park is very quiet and well lit so night walks are great. All in all this is a great, clean, local ran park and it’s very convenient to anywhere in the low country!

Impossible to make a reservation or check on availability. We physically went to the park office filled out the application paperwork, and no response. Have called and texted the number provided for information nothing no response. Driving through after check in you can clearly see there’s availability/empty spaces in different areas throughout the park. I guess they just have no interest in filling them up. There was a someone working in the office that day we came in so I’m a little confused as to why it’s been almost a month and we still haven’t been able to receive at least a sorry there’s no availability text back.

It's pretty well kept place. it's clean, it seems to be very, very quiet. I just have one complaint, and that is a dude that is next door lives here full-time and has for years and every time my husband comes here or we pull up in the car, he runs out and jumps in front of us in the freaking driveway and bugs us today because he wants to talk and talk and talk and talk and talk. It's really annoying.
