From the South Take the 101 North to Pismo Beach and exit on Price St. Turn left on Ocean View Ave, then left on CA-1 PCH/Dolliver St. Drive 30 seconds and we’re on your left. From the North Take 101 South. Take the CA-1 exit toward Pismo Beach. Merge on to CA-1 PCH/Dolliver St. Drive about five minutes, through downtown, and you’ll see us on the left.
Come here to visit my father in law. Very nice and quiet park. Facilities are a but dated but still kept well. No swimming pool, exercise room. Everyone seems friendly.
Hook-ups could use some more space. Now have rentable modular units.
Best access to the dunes with views of the ocean from Pismo to Point Sal.
I love it here!! Lots of friendly people here. Grounds are always kept clean. Lots of events to keep you busy. Water included!
I live here (since Mar 2015). Gr8 place to retire. Clean complex, well-maintained, peaceful, quiet (gr8 to sleep), fun activities, across the street from the beach(!), wonderful weather! Am moving (#330) now to be with family.
Office manager is polite friendly walked us through everything we needed to know about the place. The residents are all so very friendly the move was not hard it was very comforting good job Pismo dunes resort you're an awesome place for a seniors to go to
