An older park with wonderful trees and big lots that give it a warm, homey feeling. The owners go above and beyond to provide services for residents at reasonable rates and with great convenience. There is a well-kept laundry facility on the grounds and spacious lots for RV travelers. Pets are welcome.

The new owners of the park are very scary people to do business. If you rent a trailer they are strong arming you into buying it. If you own your trailer there is a constant varage of new rules. The managers seem to be the most dishonest people I have ever met.

The community is trying to find out more information, we have heard a blind lady and several disabled senior citizens are also being strong-armed to buy the trailer instead of rent.

Trying to find out if they have a place to go and the details

Research the other Parks they own , you will see a rating of one star as well.

After the place was sold and the new management took over seems to be that they are pushing out people who have lived there for years. I understand having new rules / running it differently but to basically evict people that do not want to purchase a place they have been living in for years seems strange. Put a good amount of people in a very complicated situation 👎🏼

Clean, well lit but most of the machines are out of order. None of the single load machines work. Some dryers put out cold air only. This is my third visit to this laundry and my last. They other is more expensive but it is also more reliable
