This is an amazing place to spend time outdoors. You can bring your boat or kayak. This is an electric only lake however. I’ve caught plenty of fish here and they stock it with a lot of trout. It’s also a good place to ice fish when we do get some in Pennsylvania. Lots of musky, pickerel, bass, trout, bluegill, and crappie.
Very relaxing. The small beach is fun for kids. There is a swimming area for adults and kids sectioned off, a small outside eatery and boat rentals for canoes, small boats, kayaks and paddles! Very fun.
Lovely trails, cabins, and a lot of activities including hiking, swimming, boating. Hoping to go back many times. Don't forget your neon orange during hunting season.
Always one of our favorite places for canoeing and picnics and for hiking no matter what the season.
