We just spent 3 weeks here (in a RV spot 40ft toy hauler) and it made us fall in love with the beach!!! Amazing location on the dunes you can walk through them about 15mins and you are at the beach.....or just take a sled and go sledding on the dunes! Beach was very clean and beautiful, close to Pismo beach you can walk another 10 mins north on the beach and you're at Pismo beach. The RV park was always clean and quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and nice! The laundry/bathroom on the top level is a bit outdated, but the bathrooms and laundry on the bottom(entry) are brand new and always sparkling clean. There is a playground on the lower level that our kids really loved! Quiet little gem close to the beach ......would consider living here for long term!

Excellent RV experience staying here for a couple of nights. From the kindness of the Front Desk team, to the beautiful views of and from the sand dunes, plus the east proximity to the magic of Pismo Beach, we enjoyed a wonderful stay!

14th year for our group at Pacific Dunes. Our go to headquarters for our stay over Presidents week. Direct pedestrian access to Oceano Dunes and located in Five cities area there are many things to do and day trips to take. The expectational staff and management exceeds our expectation for service and hospitality. The upgrades to the facilities since the storms last year make them better than before. The upgrades to landscaping and other areas continue as George (Manager) continues to implemented the remodeling plan. We will be back….

Stayed in a RV spot. Really convenient access to dunes, great for kids. Their office and store are still under construction though so no arcades or ice cream. Bathrooms are fine, a little small but clean. Picnic table provided but no fire pit. Neighbors were all nice and quiet.

We have stayed at this campground for many years. The office and community room have been completely remodeled. Guests are allowed to use the community room at no extra charge. The manager, George, is very approachable and accommodating as are the staff. Sites are flat, long, and wide to accommodate all size rigs. 30 & 50 amp electrical service, water and cable available. This Park is close to Pismo Beach and other nearby attractions and is a quiet park. The sand dunes are walking close to the upper level of the park.
