From jct I-27 & I-40: Go 6 mi E on I-40 (exit 75), then 1 block N on Lakeside Dr (Loop 335).
What can I say about this place... For starters the website is completely wrong for what is actually there. My family and I tried to stay there a couple weeks ago and got to our spot. Right from the start I knew it was not going to be good since the garbage dumpster was a site away and smelled like it has never been cleaned ever. There is trash and old furniture all over the property. Cats are roaming around and not being taken cared for correctly.. I walked into the bathroom just to be completely ambushed with the smell of ammonia from cat urine that I could hardly breathe. The pool they have set up for guests are not safe behind a fence so kids can do there whenever. We unplugged our RV and left we couldn't stay more the 5 minutes.
** update they have an above ground pool that someone who stays there put up for the park and it's guest can use it. That is what I was told when I talked to the girl on the phone. I love how you didn't say anything about the cat pee ***
This is a great stop. We were hosted next to the truck stop and were so advised when we reserved; we had no noise issues whatsoever! Nice amenities, great staff, and very pet friendly. Absolutely a future stop when we are going this way. There is no issue getting in and out with our 40-foot trailer. The truck stop next door, was well priced on fuel, and they had DEF at the pump. Easy freeway access.
I really like Overnite RV Park. It's easy to get to off of I-40, with restaurants and fast food almost within walking distance. The only thing I don't like are the planes flying overhead during the day, but they quit at night. This was my second stay. I recommend it.
Dirty showers, bathrooms and laundry room. Spent 2 nights and not once was the bathroom, showers cleaned. Restful we travel with disinfectant spray so we where able to spray the showers before using them.
Most of the washing machines and dryers out of order .
Park was clean but noisy with truck stop so close. Had site with dog run which was nice. Office being remodeled. Would stay again
