The drive back was easy for our Subaru although any car should be able to drive it without getting stuck or lost - the road is a well maintained fire road. Once there it feels like you are further in than you actually are - we only saw people twice while there. Great trails for hiking or mountain biking.

Nice easy hike, pretty views. The drive up to the trailhead is super curvy and the last little bit is gravel, so not super enjoyable.

A fine trail, through lush Coast Range forest. There's nothing dramatic --- no waterfalls, rivers, or great views, but it's pleasant and beautiful. The last 2 miles of unpaved road to the trailhead have large ruts / potholes -- drive slowly!

My daughter and I biked this two days in a row. The first day we took the Princess Tasha Trail. The entrance is located at the right of the parking lot when you enter. P. Tasha was pretty narrow and tight. I like climbing but it was a little tough. We returned the next day and opted to ride Nelson Ridge trail. The entrance is opposite from P. Tasha (to the left when you enter the parking lot). It was absolutely amazing. We rode this slightly inclined trail all the way to “Historic Cape Mountain”. From this point you can catch P. Tasha back down to the parking lot or to some other connecting trails. Looking forward to

Exploring the rest of the mountain.

Was a secluded trail I'd found on all trails. Dogs are welcome on a leash as well. The fog was heavy unfortunately so no views this day but it was still a pleasant walk in a lush green rain forest. Clean and restrooms too!
