We stayed here a handful of times and we had no real big issues.....except for this smorning! My fiance' was grabbing some breakfast for our kids and ourselves but ended up being harassed bc the manager and other employees didn't think we were guests..... I understand people messbit up for other people by taking advantage and etc but thats not us ! They were very rude and made us feel uncomfortable! They could've went about this in a professional manner but failed to do so.....we are very upset. The rooms inside the building are nice and the breakfast is usually good and we love the location but dont know if we will stay here ever again.....

I stayed at this hotel in early January 2024.

The older gentleman who checked me in was a great employee.

Unfortunately, my room stank horribly of dog or cat (or both), and had muddy dog prints all over the floor.

There was also what looked like blood or some other unpleasant substance in the drawer of the night stand next to the bed.

Outside, it looked like animal waste had been accumulating for quite a while.

In the morning, when I brought my room issues to the attention of the two ladies who were at the front desk, they projected an attitude of not caring whatsoever about my unpleasant experience, and didn't offer so much as an apology. The lady sitting at the computer didn't even make eye contact or acknowledge my presence.

I acknowledge that I made the mistake of not asking to be moved to a more acceptable room.

Except for the employee who checked me in, the experience was possibly the worst I've ever had at a hotel.

The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and my fiancé and I were so grateful to nab a room! Great location and pet friendly (including cats). We would definitely come here again!

Walked into the room and the smell of stale cigarettes hit us in the face. Went to put my bag on the chair and pulled it out, it was dirty. Checked the bed, soft, pulled down the sheets, clean. Went into the bathroom , looked clean. Looked closer, some short hairs stuck to the wall by the sink. 🤢 This was in room 107. Had a head ache all night because of the smell. Wish I had some fabreeze. Continental breakfast was, meh. Coffee was so strong, the spoon stood straight up.

This place is amazing. Staying here is like staying with friends or family. Quiet calm and relaxing. Great rooms outstanding prices prime location. This place is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Much better than any big corporate chain hotel. After 5 days on the road, this place feels like home.
