I had a great time with my wife and daughter! The water was very nice and so we’re the people on our raft. Our guide Micheal and the trainee, Adam. Micheal was the best and had a great attitude. He made all the rapids really fun. Everyone at the facility were very nice and made sure we were safe. Delicious lunch in between the river rafting. Very clean site. Definitely coming back here! I highly recommend this place!! :D

I did the Middle Fork with Margaret and the South Fork with Garrett. They were both exceptional. Margaret did an awesome job running the river and handled epic sections like Tunnel Chute with ease. Garrett did an equally impressive job on the South Fork, making sure that everyone was safe and was having a good time. I also camped at the outpost and for $15/night it's a bargain (hot showers, flush toilets, drinking water, direct river access, etc).

Did the North Fork & South Fork American River rafting and camped each night before. Thumbs up to some exceptional guides! Garret made me feel at home at the campground, Jordan gave a skilled tour of North Fork, and Kate came in on her bday & gave an exceptionally fun ride in the Gorge! Amanda was very helpful getting all my logistics figured out. I appreciated going on the water with such a professional company.

My Wife and I had an amazing time white water rafting on the middle fork of the American River on Sunday. The trip included 16 miles on the river enjoying beautiful views of nature with some pretty exciting class 4 rapids along the way.

At the start of the day, our first class 4 rapid called Tunnel Chute followed by eight additional rapids during the day, with lunch provided during mid day.

Garrett our guide, along with the other two guides, Garrett and Kendal were amazing sharing their knowledge of the local area, guiding us thru the river, having fun, and preparing an outstanding lunch, which included a variety of lunch meats, condiments, veggies, fruit, snacks, and cookies out in nature for a group of 20 people…Yummy and filling for the second half of the day.

Good time by everyone on the trip!

This outfitter was amazing! They have every detail dialed for the perfect experience whether this is your first time rafting or a seasoned rafter. I was impressed with their service while booking, the detailed pre trip survey for guests, their informative pre trip email and video, and their safety briefing at the beginning of the tour. Their gear was in excellent condition and they had a great flow for picking up gear. Their leaders were top notch. They were personable, entertaining, a wealth of knowledge and skilled river guides. I would recommend O.A.R.S to my closest friends and family and anyone looking for a great experience. Their lunch buffet catered to vegetarians and vegans as well, which sealed the deal for me!
