Quiet, rural property on a country road. It is not secluded but it's relatively private. Site is level, open and grassy. It has a large stone fire pit and picnic table. Water, electricity and a nearby sewer dump station. Spacious enough for a large travel camper or several tents. Ideally, I would like snowbirds seeking a seasonal site in Maine. Minutes from Pequaket Lake and the Saco River. Trails for ATVs and mountain biking. A stream runs through my property. Trout can be caught. Nearby convenient store and Dollar General.
Centrally located to the ocean, several beaches, state parks, mountains, rivers, farmers markets, breweries, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Boston is a 3 hour drive and Quebec is 5 hours. Portland and North Conway are a 45 minute scenic drive. Stay adventurous all summer or relax and keep it simple. Visit for a few days or the entire summer.
