Extremely well designed, very clean resort. I was not there long enough to use amenities, so can’t rate those. Hookups well placed,
Had site with patio cover over table. Be careful if your GPS tries to route you from
Highway 35… lots of construction and tried to route me over a train track where my garmin said “risk of bottoming out!”…. At this time, you definitely want to come from Highway 77
Love this park! Level concrete pads with 1/8th"+/- adjustment. New shore poles that work, good water pressure, gated community with nice amenities, and perfect location for South Dallas commute with Waxahachie providing community necessities. Double parking driveways make it convenient for 2 cars.
This is the Cadillac in campgrounds. A welcome stay after fighting Dallas traffic with my trailer. Sign on restrooms and showers show two cleaning schedules during the day. They were spotless. The place is growing with more sites, necessities, even a pool. I have a 16 foot Cargo Trailer conversion, felt like I was in with the big dogs. Some spots don't have shade, but that is what an awning is for. The young ladies in the office are awesome. Very helpful and courteous. This will be my stop over going to Austin.
A fantastic RV park one of the best in the nation very roomy for large rigs towing lots of concrete easy pull in no overhang trees great for Starlink, nice palm trees, great hook ups and amenities. Super clean and friendly You’ll not find a better RV park in the country very clean and new, easy wide turns excellent staff gated secure entry. Easy to get to easy on and off for interstate 35.
We drive 4-5 hours daily, so stopovers are frequent, and we tend to stay 2-4 nights at each place.
Northside was a perfect location for the first night out of Houston.
Nicely sized sites, clean, fairly new so it will take a couple of years to get all those planted palm trees to fill out. Attractive walking in the evening around the pond.
A distant train is barely noticeable. One thing that did make for cussing was the speed bumps. Not only aggressive, but frequent.
We have RV’d for 20 years and have not seen speed bumps beyond the entrance if at all. Nor have we seen any speeding at RV parks. It just seems unnecessary, especially since the park is gated to keep stragglers from wandering in. Major irritant both on driving our RV and our tow jeep.
It really puts into question whether to stop by again.
But thanks for the design and cleanliness.
