We are all about the dog here at the Ranch! We cater to guests with dogs! We have fully fenced sites so they have an actual yard for their furry family members. It’s a very popular amenity! We also have a fenced dog park with pond, self serve kennels, a dog spa that anyone can use, and we have a monthly groomer that comes on-site. In addition, we have chickens, goats and an awesome guardian dog, Clarabelle, that protects our livestock. We are in the middle of horse county and you truly get a county feel here!

I cannot say enough great things about this park. Not only is the park well maintained, spacious spots ( loved mine with the fence for my dogs!) But the people and management are fantastic. Krysten and Chris ( managers) are super welcoming and go out of their way to make sure everyone is settled and has what they need. Lots of full-time at this park and a lot of dogs but everyone is respectful with their dogs and keep it cleaned up. The 2 months we stayed were great and we will return when we come back through.
Kristen and Chris are the best hosts. We were there for 3 months. The fainting goats, the chickens , the garden. Massive dog park. Dog wash, fenced lots. Just wonderful.
We stayed at Wagging Tails for 4 months. We loved the variety of spots available and how the majority of the spots are gated. This is perfect for dogs and if you have kids.
Management was kind.
Amenities are good - large dog park, laundry room with mail service, community garden, pavilion, etc. They do have a bathhouse but we didn’t use it much. They have goats and chickens on property. Management let my 6 YO help feed the goats and put up with her millions of questions.
There were small downsides such as the flies and the smell - but that comes with the territory of being in the country. Another is poor internet quality.
Very nice RV park, pet friendly on good size spaces has a give table so you can help others or yourself. The sun sets beautifully on this country yet upscale setting.
My husband, myself, and Molly (our golden retriever) spent 2 years here and loved every minute of it. If we hadn’t built a new home I would have been happy to stay forever. The managers were fabulous and the neighbors were so friendly. Never felt so welcomed and belonging as we did living there. I’m sad to be leaving but are taking a lot of great memories and friendships. Perfect place if you are a dog owner.
