I gave it 2 stars because it's quite at night. But it's not an $80 night rv park. Not even on a holiday would it be worth $80 a night. Dirt roads, no bath house, but you can get friendly with your neighbors. To friendly. Sites are on top each other. Sad because this is a great area and not to far from the harbor. Someone has just gotten to greedy.
Great, quiet rv park behind a beautiful plantation home. There’s a lovely pond, and river, as well as a beautiful wide open field to walk around and enjoy. The place is tucked back among other lovely properties and homes.
My friend was in Dallas for surgery at Baylor University Medical Center and it was a perfect home base for the two weeks we had to be there.
I can’t close this review without giving all of the credit to the office manager, Garrett! He made it possible for us to be able to stay there for the two weeks required by my friend’s doctor. Someone else had booked all of the rv spaces and Garrett was able to figure out a way to fit us in!! He is also an amazing concierge!! He directed us where to find great restaurants, shopping, etc.
Spent 6 weeks here while our company was working in Dallas area. Exceptional customer service thanks to Garrett and Sean! Always went a step above and beyond. Park is quiet and clean. We will definitely be back whenever we are in the Dallas area. Thanks!
Great location about 15 miles from downtown Dallas. While it's still in the greater Dallas metroplex, it is located in a very quiet, idyllic corner. Park is well-maintained. Sites are level gravel. Utilities work fine, including Wifi. Price is a bit more than I usually spend, but probably correct for the DFW area. Friendly folks. There is some fishing access to a pond. Otherwise no resort-type amenities. Overall I had a pleasant stay here and would recommend this park.
Absolutely loved this RV park. My family and I stayed here for a few weeks while my husband works and it was phenomenal. Garrett was exceptional with helping with anything we needed. He was always up to help whenever I called up to the office. The park looks great and was very nice for me, my husband and our two children! Also the park allows dogs so my 2 fur babies were in love! I will definitely come back and stay if we are in the area again. Very very nice place!
