Wow! What an amazing time we had at the ranch. We stayed in the Edward cabin and stayed 2 nights. The cabin was beautiful and cozy. I had a wonderful time cooking on an old fashion stove and seeing all the beautiful sites. Our dogs had a great time enjoying the out doors. Even when my daughter has an allergic reaction to something the lady at the ranch brought us cream to put on her hands. The kids enjoyed a play ground close by and very nice clean rest rooms. I highly highly recommend visiting and staying at the ranch when you get a chance. Thank you for a wonderful experience for my family!
Amazing!! So beautiful! The property is awesome and the surrounding scenery is even better. The hosts were so nice and accommodating. My wife and I had a really nice and relaxing weekend. We ended up with the whole bunk pretty much to ourselves and really enjoyed playing pool. There was baby lambs while we visited and they were so freakin adorable! This place was super cool and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely coming back!!
It was great. I'm not a huge camper but it was super nice. It was super hot so be prepared. But at night it got pretty cool. There were lots of mosquitoes in the area so do what you will with that information. It was super fun though.
Fun old-fashioned atmosphere in their cabins. They even have the old cast iron stoves for cooking or warming up the rooms, just bring your own wood and make sure you put it in the right compartment (not the oven). There is a list of rules to follow, so be aware and read it beforehand, but the campground is clean, and there are even flushing toilets and hot showers (pay extra for the showers). There is a playground in camp for the kids. Pets are allowed but must be kept on leashes. The camp gives you quick access to viewing many petroglyph sites down the canyon (petroglyphs are everywhere) or four-wheeling.
This Ranch has it all. CABINS, RV PARK, CAMPING spaces, and the main house BED and BREAKFAST. Our cabin stays were so nice. We like the AL Thompson cabin because it is all on one level, but we enjoyed the covered porch on the Housekeepers cabin. The wood burning stoves work so well we had to open a window. You can buy wood near the main house, and if you run out of wood in the night, just go grab some and pay them later. They are so easygoing and nice here. The showers are so cute. For the cabins, bring your own sleeping bag or sheets, jiffy pop, pot to boil water or cook on top of the cast iron stove and a flashlight, or lantern because this resort is solar. Plan to make our 3rd reservation soon - we love this place.
