Clean, safe campgrounds and showers in the bathrooms! Has a playground for the kiddos and a large field in the middle. Family friendly, no rowdy parties, and area patrolled by state park police so you feel at ease. We also reserved the cabin since it was going to be a rainy weekend.
This is an absolutely beautiful park!! I never get tired of walking the many trails that they have and all the things you can do at the park as well! Always kept nice/neat and very woodsy/hilly in some areas! Guaranteed to get a good work out!! Please visit this beautiful park if you are in the area!
Nice place to camp. they let me stay here with my 21 ft rv. mostly tent sites. They have cabins, bath house. Fire pit with grill. Trails for walking through the woods. Really beautiful here and quiet.
Beautiful state park. We stay here for two day n two nights in a camp site. Very neat n clam place. They have fire pit with grill, washrooms n bath house which is super clean, out door tables n benches, trails and play area for kids.
We loved it and can’t wait to go back!
Beautiful , quiet State Park with fun trails. We love the trail along the stream . Wear appropriate footwear. The easiest trail is to campground . Campground was clean and comfortable . Park itself is very clean and people do not litter one of the top reasons I love this park . They have areas for tents as well as log huts for rent. There are 2 playgrounds with shelters in the park. Park is wonderful for kids as there are all kinds of animals and birds. Just keep in mind that the main road is little bumpy.
