I was driving into portland this afternoon and happened to be behind one of their trucks. We were approaching a zipper-merge on commercial street and another vehicle was a good ways ahead of us. As soon as the driver from Nelson noticed the merge he stomped on the gas and sped up to the vehicle in front. He essentially tried to run this other car of the road while also being in oncoming traffic himself, literally for no reason. He almost sideswiped the other driver as well. If someone is willing to act like that with their business name right on their vehicle, who knows what they’ll do at your rental or vacation property.
Professional and timely , Nelson made my family and I feel like they’re number one priority. Bringing my dreams into reality at a affordable rate. Employees are polite and kept the job site clean and tidy, any concerns I had during the design and install process were quickly addressed and listen to. I highly recommend them to any commercial or residential property.

Joe Nelson and his crew at Nelson Property Services have provided many years of excellent service for the commercial and residential properties I have assisted in managing. They are responsive, competitive with their pricing and they are quick to resolve any issues that may arise. They are the first company we call when we need something and they never disappoint!!
In my experience, this company has provided a keen eye to detail as well as attention to the individual home owners needs. They are prompt, attentive and responsible and accommodating when it comes to meeting the customers needs. Even and especially when it comes to rectifying the mistakes or neglectful work done by a previous company or inexperienced homeowner. They will go to great lengths to acquire your business but more importantly they will strive to keep it and provide you with a long term vision of your property and its full potential.
I would give them a zero if I could. Had a contract with them to take care of weekly lawn maintenance and snow removal. Lady used a bobcat to clear the snow and hit 3 of our vehicles with her child on her lap and took off. Provided less than minimal work and our landscape looked like a jungle of weeds. Last, but not least, they said they blew out our irrigation system last fall and turned it off and they did not. Costing us over $13000.00 to repair it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
