Beautiful park. Annual rock swap Labor Day weekend. Such a wonderful time! Great rocks & super friendly people.
It is a great place! Huge trees, antique equipment.
Stayed in Park May of 2022 for 2 nights. We were only people there. Very green and well maintained, paid $20 a night, a little noisy with train tracks and cattle auction. Thank you, Crawford City, for your hospitality.
We were amazed at this lush, green city park near the towns rodeo arena. Missing their “normal” rv spots (4 first come, first served, with water and electricity) we wandered around and found more plug-ins, but no water, in another place. Wacipi campground was sort of adjacent to the city park on the same road. Looked out both sides of the rig into green grasses, high trees and lots of small sunflowers. Lots of little, black flies! Thunderstorms rolled through in the night, but this IS storm country! We rode our bikes into town for ice cream-town is not a bustling place, more bucolic. Nice looking homes and pretty flowers. As a bonus, the park has a indoor Pickleball court with paddles and balls. Also horseshoe pits, corn hole and disc golf. Beautiful asset to this nice town.
Paid 20 dollars a night for electric. Couldn't use the 110. Right next to a railroad, ok..... right next to a cattle market. I love the loud speaker, smell, and flies. Staying 4 nights? Already paid. We shall see. Poor puppy attacked by wasps. Only 4 electric sites. Maybe good for a one night stop over, but I've b33n traveling for days and needed a break....
