WARNING: There is a NASTY dip coming into the campground with no way to navigate around it, i.e., one way in, one way out, used for funneling rainwater. We almost tore our trailer off coming in the first time because we weren't aware of it. We had to disconnect our trailer and move it with another vehicle across the dip to prevent further damage, and even that barely made it because we still heard the jack scrape across the concrete.

The dip aside, the campsites are really nice and well maintained. Very busy (full) campground with three (maybe four) pull through sites that are about 80 feet long with the rest being back-in. Every site has 30/50A electric, water and sewer, all being really close to camp spot (no need for long hoses). There are public restrooms and one shower located near the entrance at the top of the stairs, which weren't the cleanest. The location in the middle of a public park and far away from the main drag, so it was pretty quiet.

Some of the sites looked like they were set up for year-round stays with heat tracing on the water lines as well. I'm guessing they were doing work in the area and got approved for a long term stay because typically stays are limited to 14 days at this campground (the teleprompt mentions monthly rates for work purposes only).

While visiting Beatrice, NE we made camp at the Chautauqua Park Campground which for $20/night turned out to be really nice as they have full hookups and a HUGE park to enjoy while still being close to the shopping in town.

Quite a beautiful area to play and camp in. Always have plenty of playground equipment for kids. Awesome buildings for birthday parties or family events. Landscaping is awesome.
