From jct I-135 (exit 60) & US 56: Go 1 mi W on US 56 (across the overpass), then 75 feet N on Eby St, then 1/2 mi E & N on Baer St, then 50 feet E on Millers Lane.
Harassment is big here and they won't tell you who owns and they will target you if they don't like you!!
We live here! Not a bad place. Nice if they would hold everybody responsible as to the contract. There's alot of trash around as nobody cleans up after themselves. Wind blows it around. But over all I've lived in worse places. Prices aren't bad.
I've visited a friend here a few times now.. quiet during the day or evening.. super clean.. No trash around the grounds.. lots of trees.. Totally shaded in most places.. homes look like homes.. Not trailers put on wheels put into a packed space then a zillion ppl shoved into living in those cramped spaces.. lots are nice sized so neighbors aren't on top of each other.. sitting at a picnic table outside you can't hear the neighbors TV, stereo, voice over there TV or stereo lol.. seems like everyone keeps they're noses in their own yards honestly.. no one likes to have someone else's nose in their yard ever.. friendly ppl all about the park.. including the ladies riding around on the golf cart "just observing" the ppl and their surroundings.. I believe one of them or both of them are management for the park.. not positive but they were interested in who actually lives here and who is just visiting.. Seems like they care about where they live and that the people who do live here are obeying the rules.. I do not know the rules I'm just a visitor.. speed limit throughout the entire park is 20mph and believe me it's way easier to obide than try and avoid the MANY speed bumps they've placed throughout.. I'm sure there's lots of kiddos/grandkiddos to be mindful of.. seems like a nice peaceful place to live in honestly..I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet.. beautiful, safe place to hang their hats at the end of the day.. ALL ages from kiddos to elderly are welcomed and respected.. hope all are able to enjoy living their best lives here or anywhere... Kindness prevails... Always see
Management has violated the lease changing lot line and threatened to kick me out for challenging them on this, nothing gets fixed if you rent, there website lies about what's offered for campground such as no laundry, and so much more bad, also no ability to contact someone above Management so I would advise never to live here or anywhere connected to them, they also allow neighbors to threaten you and your kids and still take there side going as far as to yell in your face instead of talking like humans.
