Just stayed a night on the way north but we were impressed. We came in a little late and they jumped up to help us check in. Then we had slide issues and they readily gave us a helpful name and number. Nothing fancy but level gravel sites well taken care of.
In my opinion, worst experience ever for 2 very tired, senior, disabled travelers with 20 yrs of RVing experience. Owner inspected our vehicles, checked us in and took our money. 3 hours later we were startled awake by the other owner and his intimidating son pounding on our door. It was so loud I was afraid to open it, so my husband did. Owner demanded we leave immediately because we had road grime (from road construction) on our vehicle. He threatened to call the police and have us arrested for trespassing (this is a civil matter; we were inspected, allowed in and paid so it can’t be trespassing) We did nothing criminal. We became afraid for our safety with his threats to assault us and left. Will never come here again nor could we recommend it.
Made an overnight stay here as I was meeting my family and picking up our travel trailer. From the minute I called to reserve a spot, Jim was very helpful. That night there was a storm moving through the area with winds over 80 mph, and with us not expecting or being used to that we went into their shelter and Jim again, was very accommodating and hospitable. Great stay, rv spot are big and have plenty of room. Would definitely stay again weather long-term or another overnight stay!
Very convenient rv stop on our way home.
Nice pads with pull throughs and full hook ups. Will definitely come back!
Bathrooms were big and clean.
Wifi worked very well.
Owners are courteous and welcoming.
Great find.
Super quiet, clean, and friendly. If your traveling for work, and are in the area I HIGHLY recommend staying here. It's hard to find camp grounds that don't have party people. So, thankful it's not like that here. We love staying out of town, but being close enough that you can just run down the road to walmart.
