We stayed here in our 34 ft. fifth wheel for a couple of nights. The campground was very neat and well maintained. However, there is no one there to check you in and and all the facilities have a code to get in but no one around to give you the code. They also advertise a storm shelter. I walked all around looking for what I thought might be a storm shelter. I'm from out of state. We have tornadoes but not enough to warrant the expense of a storm shelter so I wasn't sure what it would look like. I never found it and again, there was no one to ask. But if I were in the area, I would stay here again and ask more questions when I call to make the reservation.
Excellent RV Park! Easy in & out. Convenient location close to town. Caveat: Retract your awnings early afternoon! The winds got strong with the afternoon heat & damaged mine! Park host Jan helped me secure them so I could go to my next stop! Thanks a million! 💕💕. P.S. check out Bonnie & Clydes grille in town— great burger! 👍
The help and owner are very personable. Easy walk to HPMF (Dirttona). Quiet camp. Easy pull throughs. Even have underground storm shelter if needed.
Great little rv park right off the highway. Sites are gravel with grass between the sites. Space between sites are large enough to play corn hole if you have your own boards. We aren't finding that often in the Midwest states. Sites appeared maintained and grass was recently mowed. Would stay again if passing through for a night.
Great clean site with easy after hours check in. I pulled in late one night, picked a spot and walked up to the club house to pay and fill out my spot card. Site offers full utilities and dump. Camp ground offers a couple storm shelters on site, air conditioned community club house with table & chairs, toys & games for kids, and clean men & women bathrooms with showers. A ton of sites for all types of campers/motorhomes. Camp ground is located in a very small town.
