Really cool lake. I'd drive along it on the way to Starkville. Always count many gators. You can see them swimming from the road and usually near people. Very cool wild life.

One of the most beautiful places around Jackson. Great for cycling. Natchez Trace Parkway borders one side and a few bike paths are on the other.
