If you’re looking for a long-term peaceful place to park your RV, Beach RV park is the perfect spot! This park is situated right on the riverbank, offering stunning views of the water.

In terms of amenities, Beach RV park had everything I needed and more! The on-site laundry facilities were clean and convenient and the free Wi-Fi allowed me to stay connected and caught up on work during the day.

The property Manager Riana really creates a sense of community and is very welcoming!

Easily the worst RV park I've ever had the displeasure of staying at. The park manager here is horrible, the long term tenants are even worse. Do yourself a favor and stay far far far away from this place.

I stayed here for 2 months while working a nuclear power outage. The entire time that I was here, any time that I dealt with the manager, I was made to feel like she was doing me a favor by allowing me to stay here. Never mind the fact that I am paying good money to stay here. She treats all of the tenants like she is better than them and is very condescending. She sent an email out while I was staying here suggesting vehicle mount bike racks because bicycles should not be on the ground when not being ridden. I gave a credit card over the phone to secure the spot and pay my first month rent, when it was time to pay again, she wouldn’t answer the phone and I texted her to try and get it paid with my debit card, and she took it upon herself to charge the credit card again while ignoring the text and calls. I booked 50 amp service and paid for 50 amp service and had to live with 30 amp that couldn’t keep the entire motorhome cool and had to entirely shut AC down to run the clothes dryer. When I questioned here about the 50/30amp service, she acted like she didn’t even know what I was talking about. Honestly, she probably doesn’t know. 3 days prior to my departure, I moved my trailer that I pull behind my motorhome to a closer parking spot so that I could start loading it and it wouldn’t get blocked in and she threatened to tow it. The trailer was discussed before I booked the RV spot and the location that they wanted me to park the trailer wasn’t accessible with my motorhome. I ask her if it was due to code violation that it needed to be moved and all she said is that “it doesn’t belong there”. I paid a lot of money to have it there and yes it does belong there. The tri-cities area doesn’t have many RV parks and none of them seem to be proactive at answering the phone, so I felt like this was my only option. Probably a good option for an investor to put in a decent RV park. This place does in excess of $55,000 a month in income and I doubt they are paying much for the manager that they have now.

I live here now & love it. The serenity of it is very welcoming. Horses to watch in the pastures, near lots of grape vineyards, River borders it , with serene benches on the river. Nice large trees & very relaxing vibe.

The manager Tina is amazing as well. She is very attentive & extremely. helpful & friendly. First impressions are impt. They say a lot about a business. She with her welcoming bubbly attitude definitely elevates this business!

There have been parks we stayed or lived at & dreaded dealing with the unfriendly staff, or places we declined due to unfriendly unwelcoming staff. This is definetly not one of those parks. Staff here is great!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My recent stay at the RV park in Benton City, Washington, along the scenic Yakima River, was an absolute delight.

One of the standout features of this RV park is the abundance of trees, providing ample shade and making it the perfect place to cool off during those sunny days.

The sense of community here is heartwarming. Neighbors are not just friendly but genuinely nice, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like part of a big, happy family. The park manager is equally friendly and helpful, ensuring that your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

This RV park truly exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a tranquil retreat with friendly neighbors, a welcoming manager, and an abundance of shade, look no further. I can't wait to return to this piece of paradise along the Yakima River.
