I stayed here for 2 months while working a nuclear power outage. The entire time that I was here, any time that I dealt with the manager, I was made to feel like she was doing me a favor by allowing me to stay here. Never mind the fact that I am paying good money to stay here. She treats all of the tenants like she is better than them and is very condescending. She sent an email out while I was staying here suggesting vehicle mount bike racks because bicycles should not be on the ground when not being ridden. I gave a credit card over the phone to secure the spot and pay my first month rent, when it was time to pay again, she wouldn’t answer the phone and I texted her to try and get it paid with my debit card, and she took it upon herself to charge the credit card again while ignoring the text and calls. I booked 50 amp service and paid for 50 amp service and had to live with 30 amp that couldn’t keep the entire motorhome cool and had to entirely shut AC down to run the clothes dryer. When I questioned here about the 50/30amp service, she acted like she didn’t even know what I was talking about. Honestly, she probably doesn’t know. 3 days prior to my departure, I moved my trailer that I pull behind my motorhome to a closer parking spot so that I could start loading it and it wouldn’t get blocked in and she threatened to tow it. The trailer was discussed before I booked the RV spot and the location that they wanted me to park the trailer wasn’t accessible with my motorhome. I ask her if it was due to code violation that it needed to be moved and all she said is that “it doesn’t belong there”. I paid a lot of money to have it there and yes it does belong there. The tri-cities area doesn’t have many RV parks and none of them seem to be proactive at answering the phone, so I felt like this was my only option. Probably a good option for an investor to put in a decent RV park. This place does in excess of $55,000 a month in income and I doubt they are paying much for the manager that they have now.
