No tree shade (yet) as it is a newer park but great facilities and the camp spots are reasonably spaced from each other. Clean, and while there is no grass it is going to really end up being a nice place. Two fenced in dog runs, game room and all hookups.

Awesome amenities! Some things are still under construction but absolutely love this rv park! The staff is friendly and the grounds are kept very clean! Easy access to the freeway and so much to do around the park!

New campground, very spacious sites, wide roads, and will lighted. Two dog parks (smallish) at either end, as well as a dumpster at either end. Just getting started, so the trees are still small. Not a lot of shade yet. Staff is very courteous and friendly! Just off the I-15, but very little noise from traffic.

This place is new and a work in progress. They are currently building a pool which will be a nice addition. The spots are nice and wide. The park is clean, with no shade because the trees are so new. It's all gravel ( dog areas included), so leveling and keeping the trailer clean was easy. Free Wi-Fi, they have cable hookups but that is an extra fee. It was pretty quiet until Saturday night. There are many monthly renters and, apparently, Saturday night is party night. They have quiet hours ( 11pm- 6am) listed and they seemed generous but aren't enforced. The guy next to us and his buddies were drunk and practicing coyote calls at 2 am. The monthly renters to the south/east of our site were having a party that lasted until 4 am. I would have been fine with it even lasting to midnight but 4 am is excessive. That was really the only drawback to an otherwise pleasant stay.

So we stayed at this RV park for almost 2 months. And while the spaces are somewhat nice, because of the size however they are gravel and not level at all.

The monthly rent is almost $900 if you pay with a card.

The staff, some are friendly and some are just downright grouchy all the time.

The clubhouse gets locked at night so you cannot access laundry of the gym after hours.

The office lady may be in there at 8 am, other days it may be 10, or later.

If the office isn't open when the mail drops off, it gets held at the post office till the next day.

They have put a lot of money into the TV's and couches, and gym equipment, but you can only access them at certain times.

They only have 3 washers and dryers and when we left only 2 were working, so you will be waiting all day to do laundry if you wait to long.

If you pay for a month and have to leave early, they then change it to a weekly rate and you will get very little money back even if you left 2 weeks into your month.

The owner says he wants advice and for things to be better but is clearly not actually willing to make those changes. Especially since he only gave me a $40 return after we left 16 days into our 30 day stay and paid $900 for the 30 days.

I definitely wouldn't be staying here again. And I am sure that there is much more that we're issues with this place.
