Beautiful Campground. Full camper hookup, picnic table and fireplace at each site showers and bathrooms, sandy beach, pavilion, horseshoe pits, beach volleyball, and more! Didn't get photos of the beach but did at the boat docks in the early morning.

Just there for EJ's Fall Festival. They always decorate the building so nicely, warm & inviting. Only bad review is lack of food trucks. They had one. It was the yellow Cutlers Taco Truck. How many times can you eat from their limited menu? It's not even one of the best Mexican trucks either. Very over priced. The gal in front of me ordered a done up super Nacho with chicken, Mexican cheese & white sauce. It was piled high & over flowing. I ordered the same. To my utter sadness, my nachos were half the size & to top it off (no pun intended) They wouldn't do anything for me. I had to pay for another scoop of chicken & then it still was smaller than the gal in front of me. If you have a choice DO NOT GO TO THE YELLOW CUTLERS TACO TRUCK. You'll be happier to go elsewhere 🙂.

Great place to camp! Ample shade on most lots, fairly level. It is perfectly located close Boyne City and Charlevoix to give you some places to visit. The campground is well maintained, has full hook up, and are spacious. We've been making trips to this campground for years and have never had a bad experience. There is a really nice playground for kids, and a fantastic beach on lake Charlevoix. Accessible boat launches and slips right at the campground. Reasonably priced and also close enough to Mackinac City and the Mackinaw Bridge that you can easily plans a day trip to the UP. Can't wait to go back and camp again.

Good place for swimming with kids. Roped off swimming area with sandy beach (no rocks). Not too deep. Warmer water than lake Michigan. A little busy in the summer with all the campers, but very sweet and beautiful.

Even in the winter, it's beautiful here! I loved seeing all of the art pieces, and their position along the water and walking path is perfect.
