We are a beautiful, convenient, friendly store and RV Park located on FM1125, across from the Big Sandy Creek boat ramp of Lake Amon Carter in Bowie, TX. We have a convenience store, fishing supplies, live bait, and an RV Park. The grill is always open where we serve Hunt Bros. Pizza and burgers. The restaurant also serves fried catfish and shrimp baskets daily. We have a nice picnic area with BBQ, all welcome.
when traveling on hwy 287, take FM 1125 exit and head west, travel for approx. 8 miles, once you pass over the bridge, the park will be located on the north side of the road across from the boat dock.
Outstanding hamburgers, incredibly flavorful and juicy. Outstanding french fries and onion rings. Their pizzas are also very good. Looking forward to trying their BLT
Very good prices. The Manger is great. Love the lake being right across the street. Very children friendly
Quite little park by the lake. Sites not super long but wide enough to park ur truck next to. The rv park side could use come TLC. But the office, restaurant and laundry room etc was clean and nice. Seems like most people there are long term. But the park was quite and barely saw anyone that wasn't going into the restaurant. About 15 min from in town.
Love everyone here!!! Staff is great, food is always great and service is awesome! The campground itself is very nice. Laundry facility, access to the lake across the street and the country store on site.
