Go west from US-141 at Wausaukee on County Highway C for 20 miles, then north 9 miles on Parkway Road (County I), then northwest 2 miles on Goodman Park Road.
Wonderful park with beautiful waterfalls on the Peshtigo River. You can spend the day or camp and spend a peaceful weekend.
A nice off the beaten path park. I only came during winter time so far but I will come back in the summer for sure. Make sure you have 4 wheel drive if you come during the winter. The roads are mostly plowed but only in a few spots you might have a little more snow.
Gorgeous! This is going on the rotation. My wife found it by accident looking to break up the trip from Milwaukee to the Apostle Islands, and what a great find. Will spend multiple days next time!
This has been a favorite place of mine for over 30 years. The woods feel enchanted and are very special. Beautiful views of the rapids and quaint campground.
One of my favorite places to visit, so peaceful and plenty of areas to explore. Very clean and well kept. There is a nice bridge with a walkway that overlooks the rapids.. aka falls.
